🛠️ Things Worth Checking Out 🛠️

💸 TIKTOK CREATORS - TikTok’s shutting down its original $1 billion creator fund to make way for its new monetization method: the Creativity Program, which pays out based on engagement metrics. Tough times.

👯 AI CLONES - Chinese influencers are apparently paying to have AI digital clones made of themselves to create even more content (and thus, even more earnings). Work smarter, not harder?

🤑 IG CREATORS - Meta says there are now 1 million active paid subscriptions to Instagram creators just over a year after the fan-fueled feature launched. Maybe not tough times.

📱 WHATSAPP ADS - WhatsApp’s head mentioned that ads might be coming to the platform in the form of Status, the app’s Stories-like feature, and channels (but not the main inbox). Promising new avenue.
