👀 The Secret Behind Amazon’s Success

TL;DR - Superside helped Amazon tackle their big design projects by providing a solution that allowed them to move faster without adding internal headcount.

💡 Insight - Hear it from J. Henrickson, Creative Operations Manager, Amazon: “At Amazon, it's pretty common to have a really big design project and not be able to get the heads in fast enough to get the work done. It was slowing us down and Superside was the solution that got us moving faster without adding internal headcount.”

Superside's top 1% of creative talent from around the world gives you access to high-quality creative work at a 50% reduction in cost per asset and 70% lower turnaround time for digital assets. Don't let big design projects slow you down.

Today’s Growth Tip

  • In this recent study of over 18k online shoppers, one-click buy buttons were found to boost sales by up to 28% and increased numbers of items bought, spending per month, and time spent on site. Plus adding quantity options to different CTA buttons (such as “Buy 1” vs “Buy 2”) was found to increase total sales by an additional 28%.

  • Make it yours: One-click buying works because it saves the customer from having to go through checkout and re-enter information – i.e. it improves the experience. What could you do today to simplify and improve the experience of your customer? Could be adding a Buy Now one-click button, could be adding a reservation system for your in-person services, or maybe even a simple site chatbot to answer your FAQs. Improve the experience and customers will keep coming back.

Talk of the Town

  • The Center for AI Safety and industry leaders released an open letter warning that the AI technology they’re building could post an existential threat to humanity one day. The letter was signed by the CEOs of OpenAI, Google DeepMind, and Anthropic – three of the leading AI companies.

  • Takeaway: While AI brings a lot of exciting advancements and promise, it’s important to remember how powerful it can be… and the danger that power could pose to us all. Even now, deepfakes and AI-generated media could pose a serious disruption to society and misinformation if not checked.

  • The Universal Event Tracking Tag will collect more website data starting on June 29 to improve advertising performance. The tag will power UET Insights which will provide near real-time data via a new dashboard including the following metrics: session count, popular pages, device breakdown, country breakdown, quick backs, and average active time.

  • Takeaway: You can’t grow what you can’t measure, and you can’t measure what you can’t track! This is a really exciting addition for all ad and web teams, especially as Microsoft Ads continue to be a more safe, secure, and reliable ad platform in the midst of whatever the hell Meta’s working through on their ad platform…
