According to a new study from the Association of National Advertisers (ANA), marketers could save a minimum of $13 billion by cutting “made for advertising” websites from ad buys. The average campaign runs on 44k websites, when a more selective approach could reach about 95% of valued audiences.
Takeaway: Have you done a deep dive into where your programmatic ads are going? Because you too could be losing out on potential value by giving into these junk websites. And that’s not to put any blame on anyone, just hoping we can all do our part to stop driving money into these unhelpful schemes.
Snapchat’s latest research project presents a faster model for building generative AI visuals based on text queries, called SnapFusion. The project shortens the model runtime to the fasted time published to date by the academic community, rather than minutes that other models present.
Takeaway: Will users really notice the difference in processing times between 2 seconds and the usual 30-ish seconds? Probably not. But this research represents Snapchat’s commitment to furthering their work in AI. Remember this in a few years when they’re leading the charge.
