💡 Today’s Insight: How to optimize your content for AI search
🤩 A New Innovative Marketing Strategy?
Imagine only getting on the phone with people who are already sold on your product/service. No more chasing uninterested & unqualified leads. Just qualified prospects who are primed to work with you.
That’s exactly what My Lead Ads Funnel does.
Ditch the ineffective cold email campaigns and ads begging anyone & everyone to get on calls. With my Lead Ads Funnel, we'll surface the 2% of your target market who are ready to buy today and nurture the other 98% 100% done-for-you. This way when they are ready to buy a product/service like yours, they come to you first & pre-sold.
💡 Today’s Insight 💡
🗞 TL;DR - Unfortunately, traditional SEO isn’t enough anymore to ensure your content is surfaced. With AI search engines and chatbot agents becoming increasingly popular for audiences to find your content, you’ll have to do things differently – but Search Engine Land has broken down the key optimizations you can make today to help your chances of being surfaced.
💡 Insight - Here are the key ways to optimize for AI search and chatbot agents:
Make content accessible with clean HTML/markdown and good structure - always a good practice anyways, but especially important when AI agents are reading your site
Allow AI crawlers in robots.txt and firewall rules - check the full article for the code example of how to do this
Return content fast, with key info high up - exactly like what it says!
Use semantic markup, metadata, and schemas - check the full article for the code example of how to do this
Create an llms.txt file - use Firecrawl’s generator to craft documentation or reference content
Check your content’s AI visibility - when in doubt, try it out! Query your product or brand through an AI Search like OpenAI to see how it shows up (and know what to fix!)
⚡️ Today’s Headlines ⚡️
👀 Instagram added new views-related metrics to Insights. Since “Views” is Instagram’s primary metric of focus (since last August), the focus on this specific metric makes a lot of sense and helps accounts hone in on the right elements.

🖼️ Threads launched image tagging. The new feature allows users to tag profiles within photos posted on the app, similar to how other platforms operate. Users can also opt out of being tagged in images and users can’t be tagged in GIF uploads or videos (for now).
🤔 Not sure how to navigate the TikTok ban/no ban? The newest episode of The @MarketingMax Show goes deep into how to prepare, and what your business can do, if TikTok gets banned. Check it out on YouTube, Spotify, or Apple (& don’t forget to subscribe)!
🗑️ Meta is removing ‘Audience Types’ from Advantage+ catalog ads. The move is part of Meta’s broader push towards its automated ad targeting elements. Advertisers will still be able to retarget ads and/or find prospective customers using ‘catalog custom audiences’.
