💡 Insight - Establish your chatbot marketing goals. Start by listing your company’s pain points and use them to map out clear, specific outcomes you want to see. Chatbots can help with marketing objectives like acquiring new customers, boosting brand awareness, and streamlining customer service, to name a few.
Define your chatbot’s voice and personality. Your chatbot is representing your business, so you’ll want to make sure it aligns with your brand’s tone of voice. Start by giving your bot a name, then crafting compelling, friendly language for it that’s both helpful and engaging to the user.
Create your marketing strategy. This includes components like determining the chatbot’s content, mapping the entire customer journey, creating effective responses, and adding visual components to the conversation.
