💡 Insight - Microsoft announced that within the next month, companies will be able to see Bing Chat impressions and clicks within Bing Webmaster Tools as well as seeing how much traffic the chat is sending to sites. Why is this a big deal? Well, with Bing Chat now including AI features and providing more opportunities for advertisers, it’s critical to connect the data to ensure these initiatives are worth spending your time and budgets on.

💡 Insight - With solid advancements in AI and ChatGPT being melded into Microsoft’s Bing, Google is facing the thread of competition which may result in a loss of ad revenue. This is the first time Google’s sustained back-to-back drops in YoY ad revenue since going public. Google’s YouTube also saw a 2.5% decrease in ad sales from last year.
