⚠️ Think sending free products to influencers still works? Here's how brands are standing out in Q4

The old tactic of "no commitment" influencer seeding does not work anymore. It creates unrealistic expectations and uses bait and switch to get creators to promote you.

Meanwhile, there are some brands that seem to just get it. Why? They're doing something different... something unique... something that is not commonly shared on Twitter.

In this private document, made specifically for Growth Daily readers, a former agency owner shares what really works with influencer seeding. The doc has all his playbooks, templates, and follow-along videos. Use it to get endless influencers promoting you on auto-pilot.

Today’s Insight

📰 TL;DR - Sometimes when you prepare for a launch for a long time, you can let things fall through the cracks. Product Manager Kiyani Bamba just went through a launch & detailed the five top things you should remember before you prepare for an upcoming product launch – here’s what they are:

💡 Insight - Use your product hypothesis to understand how much time should be spent improving UX/UI. How strong is your conviction? The more doubt you have, the less time you should focus on perfect UX/UI.

Share information early. Give your marketing teams details before product is fully functional so they can have time to build.

Add a week between when product is ready for production & public launch. Calm down, take a breath, and realize product doesn’t need to be launched the day after it’s ready.

Make a launch checklist & respect people’s time. Don’t be a jerk during this time. Give people what they need & enough time to align.

Don’t rush a new product launch out of impatience. You’re eager, but don’t let that lead to rushed efforts. You’ll just end up scattered and unprepared.
