Today’s Insight

📰 TL;DR - Shopify published this guide of 15 Black Friday promotion ideas to plan for a successful BFCM right now. Contrary to popular belief, you don’t need to extremely discount your products to see major sales on the shopping holiday.

💡 Insight - Here are some of Shopify’s top promotion ideas for your BFCM campaign:

Curate a bundle of your products. You’ll add more value to customers while increasing your store’s average order value.

Break your sales down into daily deals. Running time-sensitive promos helps keep the momentum and excitement running throughout your entire sales period.

Provide email or SMS exclusive offers. People who are in these groups are already invested in your brand – incentivize their loyalty by giving them the VIP treatment.

Offer free shipping. Shipping fees can truly make or break a new customer, especially if they place an order over a certain value. Count shipping as a CAC and drastically improve your customer’s experience.
