✨ Today’s Insight ✨

đź“° TL;DR - The best way to prioritize growth is to reflect on what you’ve done so far. Marketing Powerups published a piece on how to follow the KALM retrospective format to achieve this reflection. The piece includes a downloadable template or a Miro board template.

đź’ˇ Insight - Here’s what KALM retros consist of and what to focus on:

  1. Keep: What went well that you want to continue doing?

  2. Add: Have any new ideas or experiments you want to try for the next campaign?

  3. Less: What can you do less of or stop that didn’t add value to the campaign?

  4. More: What can you do more that will bring more value to the campaign?

Each retro should provide 10-15 mins for team members to provide their thoughts on a board with sticky notes, time to group feedback by similar sentiments, and then a discussion of each topic.
