👀 Want More Leads?

If you haven't heard by now: I've been working with a handful of software & service businesses on a new lead funnel involving hyper-targeted ads & nurturing email sequences. The results are starting to speak for themself:

"We are booking 5 to 10 qualified calls a week" - Agency owner

"This turned our sleep list full of thousands of potential buyers into a revenue machine for our SaaS business." -SaaS CMO

...if you want a ton more leads in February & have some budget, I'm looking for 3 more SaaS or Service businesses to round out the month.

💡 Today’s Insight 💡

🗞 TL;DR - With 75% of B2B buyers using social media to make buying decisions, it’s clear that even if you’re not speaking to the general public, you need to have a social media plan. While there are many similarities between how B2C and B2B companies can approach social media, there are a few key differences on how you can make your B2B approach stand out and avoid being boring.

💡 Insight - Boring B2B social media generally comes down to three issues:

  1. Not having a thorough understanding of your target audience. Not knowing what your target audience thinks & worries about, who influences their purchases, and what they use social media for.

  2. Not being entrenched in the subcultures of your target social platforms. Part of your strategy should be to make sure that you’re on the right platforms and understand the nuances of what works/doesn’t work on those platforms.

  3. Not knowing your B2B product incredibly thoroughly. It’s not just about what your product can do – it’s what features fulfill what customer desires, why your customers choose you over your competitors, what’s on your product roadmap, and how your existing customers really use your product.

Then, it’s all about following the core steps to creating any social media strategy: identifying your goals, picking your social platforms, deciding on content pillars, creating a content calendar, analyzing insights, and amplifying your content.
